Technical Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our Product Management and Academy team at Fagus-GreCon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to internal employees, partners, and customers across various industries and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content for theoretical, practical, and online self-study courses in collaboration with our product development team.
- Design and implement training formats that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs with product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for internal employees, partners, and customers, focusing on fire protection products and services.
- Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Completed technical education with further training as a certified technician, master, or a technical degree.
- Proven experience as a Trainer with a strong interest in personal development and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in creating training materials, including online content.
- Intercultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and fault-finding is an advantage.
