We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team at WEINIG Gruppe. As a key member of our Technical Documentation team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality documentation for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement documentation strategies to support product launches and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document product information
- Design and create user manuals, guides, and other documentation materials
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation across all products and platforms
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of documentation best practices and industry standards
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HTML and other documentation tools
