Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence in regards to all learning-related activities, managing Learning Request Forms, and providing support to the regional HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure service excellence in regards to all learning-related activities.
- Manage all Learning Request Forms, including arranging catalogue courses, securing places on public courses, seminars, language courses, and sourcing new vendors in-line with contractual SLAs.
- Manage all post-course activities, including issuing licenses and certificates, and checking, reporting, and reminding on participation rates for mandatory trainings.
- Provide support to the regional HR function, including receiving, reviewing, and collating Learning Assessment papers.
- Manage the scheduling of room bookings and support in making other arrangements, such as site access for trainers, room setup, and shipping of kit.
- Manage the provision of training materials to suppliers, sites, and customers, ensuring training material availability for all learning events.
- Manage the stocks of training material and prep room working with course owners to ensure materials are up to date.
- Issue attendance lists to trainers and collate evaluation data.
- Manage communications to key stakeholders to ensure courses are filled and occupancy rates are met.
Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience working on-site at a large corporate customer location.
- Minimum five years' experience working with Workday Learning or similar learning management systems.
- Minimum two years' experience working with cross-functional teams (client teams and NIIT internal teams).
- Demonstrates knowledge and expertise on basic IT software such as Microsoft, word, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and databases.
- Possess valid work permit, complying to local laws that will allow working at customer location as a full-time employee.
- C2* language proficiency for reading, listening, speaking, and writing in local language.
- Excellent business communication skills, telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Multitasks across multiple software systems.
- Manages and prioritizes workload.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High levels of attention to detail and can interpret data and other information accurately.
- Strong organizational and administration skills.
