IT Program Coordinator (m/w/d)Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie (Weiter-) Entwicklung unseres IT-Teams
  • Entwicklung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsstrategien sowie von IT-Richtlinien und IT-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachbereichen
  • Koordination von lokalen und globalen IT-Projekten sowie von Supportmaßnahmen in Verbindung mit einem ergebnisorientierten Ressourcenmanagement
  • Bereitstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Wartung von IT-Infrastruktur (On Premise oder Cloudbasiert) sowie deren Optimierung zur Steigerung der Effizienz von Unternehmensprozessen
  • Ausbau bestehender Cyber-Security- und Awarenessprogramme sowie Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Sicherheit und Integrität der IT-Systeme
  • Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Umfeld mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung als Leitung eines IT-Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption, Aufbau und Betrieb von IT-Infrastruktur, Produktions-IT, Netzwerksicherheit & Systemintegration
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der Gesetze, Vorschriften und Standards in Bezug auf Datensicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Hohe soziale sowie serviceorientierte Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum interdisziplinären Dialog
  • Zielorientierte und strukturierte Vorgehensweise mit einem hohen Maß an Lösungsorientierung
