We are in search of a Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) who can work remotely from Germany.

Concurrent Real-Time is a segment of HBK's Virtual Test Division, dedicated to delivering real-time software, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop solutions that allow for virtual product testing throughout the development process. This aids organizations in speeding up innovation, shortening time-to-market, and enhancing their competitive edge. With a team of 250 skilled professionals, HBK's Virtual Test Division operates in multiple countries including Germany, Italy, France, the UK, China, Japan, and the USA, alongside a vast network of global partners.

Concurrent Real-Time stands as the premier provider of high-performance, real-time Linux software, hardware, and professional services. Our goal is to be the foremost provider of top-tier real-time Linux solutions and support for time-sensitive applications, driving technological progress on a global scale. For over 50 years, we have been delivering real-time solutions for critical applications worldwide. In this position, travel within Central and Western Europe will be required.

Core Responsibilities:

Crafting and presenting technical demonstrations to illustrate our offerings to clients. Engaging with clients and engineers to discuss equipment requirements and system specifications. Working closely with sales teams to grasp client needs and provide necessary support. Generating quality sales leads, following up post-initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating pricing, finalizing sales, and coordinating deliveries. Researching, developing, and adjusting products to align with client technical specifications and demands. Assisting clients with issues related to installed products and suggesting enhancements or upgrades. Collecting and documenting client feedback and analyzing the data to formulate new sales and marketing strategies. Identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating these along with potential solutions to senior management. Achieving sales targets and objectives. Educating other sales team members on the technical features of our products and services.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline Over 7 years of experience in sales within the technology sector Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales abilities Capability to convey technical information to non-technical clients Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills Good leadership and collaborative skills Commitment to ongoing education in sales and engineering Proficiency in building client relationships Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities Confidence to support persuasive sales initiatives Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken Proficiency in French is an advantage
