We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team at SAP Fioneer. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our organic social media presence and contributing to the development of our global content strategy.
Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling content that engages and grows our global audience, promotes brand awareness, and drives thought leadership and lead generation. You will work closely with our Marketing colleagues to align their content plan with our overall strategy and proactively suggest topics and opportunities to repurpose existing content.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the yearly content calendar to ensure consistency across channels and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align their content plan with the overall strategy and proactively suggest topics and opportunities to repurpose existing content.
- Manage external agencies and freelancers to ensure they deliver high-quality content within deadline and budget.
- Support the team in designing and producing high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, videos, and infographics, and publish them on the website.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Manage the content and distribution of our external quarterly newsletter and promotional/nurturing emails for webinars, liaising with the Regional, Vertical, Design, and Marketing Automation colleagues.
- Support various topics such as internal deal announcements and the creation of pitch decks.
- Drive the brief, ideation, design, and production of compelling organic social media content that engages and grows our global audience and supports the overall marketing and business strategy.
- Manage the social media calendar, day-to-day organic posting on our corporate LinkedIn channel, and foster community engagement by responding to comments and mentions.
- Regularly update our YouTube channel with the latest videos and make improvements.
- Advise our Employer Branding colleagues on strategy and posts on Instagram.
- Measure and monitor the performance of the SAP Fioneer social media channels and make adjustments according to learnings.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media and educate Fioneers on best practices.
- Integrate into a dynamic, international Marketing Team that blends passion and diverse expertise from corporate, agency, and startup sectors, where your unique skills are highly valued.

- Experience in measuring and analyzing social media and content performance metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Strong attention to detail in content creation and distribution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
