für ein zentrales und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle des Unternehmens und koordinierst Besucher sowie Kunden zu den entsprechenden Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du nimmst Anrufe entgegen und leitest die Anliegen an die internen Ansprechpartner weiter.
  • Organisation und Planung von Besprechungen und Kundenterminen, einschließlich Raumbuchung und Bewirtung.
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Konferenzräume für Meetings.
  • Terminplanung und -verwaltung für die Geschäftsführung.
  • Organisation und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen.
  • Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost.
  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Backoffice.
Unsere Erwartungen an Dich:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Empfangsbereich oder als Teamassistenz sind von Vorteil.
  • Professionelle und sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Sorgfalt.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen.
