Spare Parts Account Manager

As a Sales Coordinator for Spare Parts at OSB AG, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales and distribution of spare parts. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer Creation: Develop comprehensive offers and spare parts lists tailored for various equipment.
- Order Management: Oversee spare parts orders and deliveries, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy.
- Dual-Use Processing: Manage and facilitate Dual-Use processing as required.
- Collaboration: Liaise with procurement and scheduling teams to optimize spare parts availability.
- Interdepartmental Interaction: Work closely with service and repair departments, verifying warranty claims and generating shipping orders within SAP.
- Price Maintenance: Maintain and update spare parts pricing in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships and pursue acquisition opportunities in the Aftersales sector, including attending customer visits and trade exhibitions.
- Proactive Sales: Actively promote additional Aftersales products to enhance customer offerings.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze spare parts reports while monitoring pricing trends.
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical discipline, or a relevant degree in business.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with a solid command of English.
- Strong customer service orientation coupled with technical acumen.
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems effectively.
