Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Talent Acquisition & Advisory, der unser Recruiting-Team leitet und unsere Personalgewinnungsstrategie entwickelt.

Aufgaben
  • Führung des Recruiting-Teams und Steuerung der Kapazitäten
  • Strategische Ausrichtung der Personalgewinnung und -bindung
  • Prozesse & Schnittstellen: Hinterfrage bestehende Prozesse und finde eine gute Balance zwischen notwendigen Standards und möglicher Flexibilität
  • Reporting und KPI: Werte KPI aus und erstelle daraus Berichte und Analysen
  • Compliance, Diversity & Inklusion: Stelle sicher, dass alle Rekrutierungsaktivitäten im Einklang mit den geltenden Gesetzen, ethischen Standards und unseren Werten stehen
Qualifikationen
  • Fundierte operative und strategische Erfahrung im Recruiting
