Expectations
  • Oversee customer interactions from inquiry through to order completion
  • Develop foundational designs for technical-commercial proposals, pricing, and adjustments
  • Assist in establishing regional sales, conducting market analysis, and gathering requirements
  • Coordinate sales initiatives, ensure effective communication, and enhance sales processes
  • Support the onboarding of new team members
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or project management within electronic systems, including leadership experience
  • Responsible, independent, and proactive approach to work
  • Strong communication, teamwork, negotiation skills, and proficiency in both German and English
