Job Title: Sales Associate at REWE

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests feel welcome in our Dairy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Product Presentation and Maintenance**: Ensure that our dairy products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner, and that the department is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and freshness.
  • **Accuracy and Attention to Detail**: Responsible for accurate pricing and assortment maintenance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience.
  • **Sales and Customer Engagement**: Implement national sales concepts effectively, engage customers with product promotions and recommendations, and provide competent advice and friendly service to customers.
  • **Inventory Management**: Maintain control over costs, revenues, inventory, and product flow, ensuring that our store runs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • **Commercial Experience**: Commercial apprenticeship or relevant experience in the retail sector.
  • **Customer Focus**: Passion for retail and customer interaction, with strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
  • **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • **Availability**: Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
