**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests feel welcome in our Dairy department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness in the Dairy department.
- Responsible for accurate pricing and assortment maintenance.
- Implement national sales concepts effectively.
- Engage customers with product promotions and recommendations.
- Provide competent advice and friendly service to customers.
- Maintain control over costs, revenues, inventory, and product flow.
Requirements:
- Commercial apprenticeship or relevant experience in the retail sector.
- Passion for retail and customer interaction.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
