We are currently seeking a Dosimetry Application Specialist – Medical Devices to join our dynamic Sales Team. This role is ideal for professionals who are not only knowledgeable in their field but also possess a strong desire for continuous learning and teamwork.
Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical and product support to a multi-member sales team. This includes:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of IBA products and services
- Effectively communicating technical specifications to clients and Product Management
- Traveling up to 50% of the time to engage with customers and support projects
Sales and Promotion Activities
- Organizing and leading sales meetings and promotional events
- Participating in industry conferences to build relationships and enhance product knowledge
- Visiting healthcare facilities to foster partnerships and project engagement
Market Engagement
- Achieving revenue targets for equipment and services while maintaining agreed profit margins
- Managing the sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing
- Enhancing customer loyalty by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
- Gathering market intelligence and product knowledge within the designated region
Required Profile
- Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Familiarity with medical devices utilized in Radiation Therapy
- Experience in a clinical role as a Medical Physicist or Radiation Therapist is preferred
- Strong communication abilities
