About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at IBA Dosimetry GmbH. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cybersecurity of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Risk Management

Establish and maintain processes to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including EN IEC and guidelines from regulatory bodies such as FDA, IMDRF, and MDCG.

Cybersecurity Training and Awareness

Provide cybersecurity training to internal staff and external partners to foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Threat Intelligence and Incident Response

Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and best practices, and investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and regulatory affairs to ensure cybersecurity compliance in projects.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor or Master in Information Science or Engineering with a strong software background, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in medical device cybersecurity.

Certifications and Skills

Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM, and strong knowledge of network security, vulnerability assessment, and cybersecurity risk management.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
