Production Controller

A leading generic drug company is seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to join its team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective production of high-quality medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with production sites to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Cost Management: Calculate production costs, create offers, and develop machine and labor hour rates to optimize profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including budgeting and variance analysis.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production deviations and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct investment and profitability calculations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling.
- Skills: Strong analytical and business acumen, experience in cost accounting, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Language: Proficient in English.
- Personal Qualities: Independent and solution-oriented.
