Production Controller

At Aristo Pharma GmbH, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to join our team of over 1,600 colleagues. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality and affordable medication to our customers.
- Calculate manufacturing costs and optimize production processes
- Perform cross-site price calculations and ensure accurate pricing
- Support in monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Determine machine and personnel hourly rates, ensuring fair compensation
- Prepare budgets and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze production deviations and implement corrective actions
- Maintain SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Create and enhance cross-site reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling
- Analytical and business-oriented mindset, with a focus on problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Independent and solution-oriented work style, with a focus on teamwork
