Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of healthcare? Our Transaction Assurance team at Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly skilled Associate (f/m/d) to join our dynamic and global team.

About the Role

As a Transaction Assurance Associate (f/m/d), you will play a critical role in supporting the financial workstream in large and complex M&A projects globally. You will work closely with our top management to ensure financial aspects of transactions are properly addressed.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial due diligence and valuation services, analyzing the past and future performance of target businesses.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of business plans and profitability calculations.
  • Advise on relevant contract clauses related to purchase price adjustment mechanisms and closing balance sheet provisions.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess impacts and risks to target financials.
  • Build and maintain trusted working relationships with other parts of Siemens Healthineers globally.
  • Utilize digital tools for day-to-day work, promoting digitalization within the Transaction Assurance department.
  • Take on challenging engagements to fill gaps in experience, increase knowledge of Siemens Healthineers, and build an executive network.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Show above-average academic history and career progression.
  • Hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Have several years of professional experience as an M&A / Financial Due Diligence advisor or relevant experience in Controlling, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
  • Have good knowledge of IFRS; CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA qualification is an advantage.
  • Have worked in an international business setting and have experience with and passion for working in diverse teams.
