We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Randstad Deutschland. As a leading personnel service provider, we have a wide range of job opportunities that align with your skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Workstream Lead and Product Owner: Provide comprehensive support to the workstream lead and product owner in managing project tasks and responsibilities.
- Task Management: Assist in the distribution, monitoring, and tracking of ongoing project tasks via JIRA, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
- Communication and Collaboration: Pro-actively communicate and track tasks and responsibilities, ensuring seamless collaboration with IT and business managers.
- Project Planning and Documentation: Take over and maintain the project plan, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Workshop Coordination: Prepare, organize, and document workshops, including leading workshops with business and IT managers.
- Steering Communication: Edit and create steering communication and slides, ensuring effective communication to stakeholders and management.
- Project Updates: Pro-actively obtain status updates and communicate them to other workstream leads.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in IT or project management.
- Experience: Experience in international teams and project assistance.
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and JIRA.
- Soft Skills: Organizational talent, pro-active problem-solving, and structured project planning.
