SAP Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-risk projects utilizing SAP Next Generation solutions and innovative technology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP technology, project management, and cloud migration strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget, and project quality criteria.
- Manage SAP primed projects utilizing the SAP Field Services Project Management Methodology, including the proper use of methodology, tools, procedures, and governance to best meet project objectives.
- Coordinate work between various parties, including third-party subcontractors, SAP Custom Development, and SAP Global Delivery.
- Provide onsite presence for SAP as required to ensure effective project delivery.
- Above-average bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, natural science, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant job experience, e.g., professional experience as SAP (sub) project manager or SAP technical expert.
- Proven experience in (part) project management in the SAP environment.
- Intercultural business and team skills, preferred with experience in leading virtual teams.
- Profound knowledge in at least one of the following technical domains: SAP infrastructure, integration, or development.
- Solid knowledge about Cloud technology and migration concept from a technical perspective.
- Ability to plan, run, and support workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Initial experience working with global delivery teams.
- Fluent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills, in German and English.
- Willingness to travel (national & international).
- Experiences in upgrade/migration, provider transition, or global roll-out projects.
- Experience with "Rise with SAP" is considered an asset.
- A project management certification like PMP or others is desirable.
- Expert knowledge of SAP Activate implementation methodology and quality standards is advantageous.
- Technology Certification(s) is(are) beneficial.
