About Hyundai

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Experience Specialist to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand experiences strategies to strengthen our brand across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of brand experiences strategies to strengthen the brand across Europe, based on analyzed data and market trends.
  • Work with market research data, latest trends, and the direction of the global Hyundai HQ to develop playbooks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of centralized concepts and the strategic long-term vision to strengthen the position of the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify current and future challenges and develop concrete proposals for management decisions.
About You
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Automotive industry, preferably in a multinational environment with different markets.
  • Proven track record in conception and realization of strategic and tactical measures for brand positioning.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in interpreting market data.
  • Self-starter mentality with good understanding of business needs.
