Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at IVY OAK GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional support across all sales functions, ensuring seamless execution of our operational processes.
Your Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate support to our sales team, including reporting, order management, and executing operational processes.
- Communicate effectively with B2B customers and agents via phone and email to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure operational excellence by meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
- Collaborate with customers, the sales team, and operations team to thoughtfully resolve order issues.
- Assist our Head of Sales and B2B Sales & Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks, particularly during sales campaigns in our showrooms.
- Manage size scales and other key data within SAP to ensure timely deliveries and prevent or resolve chargebacks.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, e-commerce, fashion management, or a related field.
- Apprenticeship or initial experience in sales is a plus.
- Strong motivation to deliver exceptional service to our B2B clients.
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for working with numbers and data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Organized and structured working style, with a sense of ownership and responsibility to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in sustainability, CSR, and circular economy is a big advantage.
