Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior PHP Backend Developer, der unsere Software-Entwicklungsteam unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Product Owners bei der Anforderungsanalyse mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten für komplexe Features, Dokumentation in Confluence, Validierung durch Lead Developers und Teilen mit dem Team und dem Abteilungsleiter
  • Sicherstellung, dass die vom Team entwickelten Lösungen Spryker-Architektur und -Konzepten folgen
  • Leitung des Teams bei der Entwicklung von Software unter Verwendung von Design Patterns, SOLID und Clean Code, durchgeführt durch Pair Programming und regelmäßige Code Reviews
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Funktionalität der im Team entwickelten Software durch aussagekräftige, automatische Tests abgesichert ist
  • Gemeinsame Prüfung und Diskussion der System- und Software-Architektur mit den anderen Lead Developers und dem Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Durchgeführte TechTalks zur Schließung von Wissenslücken bei den Teammitgliedern und Entwicklung des kollektiven Fachwissens im Team
  • Gemeinsame Pflege des Test- und Deployment-Mechanismus (CI/CD, GitLab Pipelines) mit den anderen Lead Developers und dem Operations Team
Voraussetzungen
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit PHP, Symfony, AJAX/REST und Twig als grundlegenden Backend-Technologien
  • Umfassendes und tiefgehendes Verständnis der Spryker-System- und Software-Architektur und der für unseren Onlineshop relevanten Spryker-Konzepte
  • Beherrschung gängiger Dokumentationswerkzeuge zur Erstellung von Konzepten (z.B. Fluß-, Sequenz- und Klassendiagramme)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf sprachlicher wie sozialer Ebene
  • Bemühen, alle Teammitglieder zu unterstützen und Wissen mit ihnen zu teilen
  • Anwendung von Design Patterns, SOLID, Clean Code sowie TDD und Kenntnisse von HTML, SCSS, TypeScript, React und Webpack
  • Versierter Umgang mit Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, RDS, SQS, RabbitMQ, Redis und ElasticSearch
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit skaliertem Scrum
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
