Data Quality Manager

Lowell is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Manager to join our Data Management team in a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and Enhance Data Governance Framework: Develop and maintain a robust data governance framework to ensure data quality and transparency in the DACH region.
- Lead Data Quality Analysts: Supervise a team of data quality analysts and provide guidance on data quality processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Data Owners and Stewards: Work closely with data owners and stewards to specify data quality rules and ensure data quality standards are met.
- Develop Key Data Assets: Assist in developing key data assets such as mappings and metadata to support data quality initiatives.
- Define Data Governance Standards: Establish new standards in data governance and quality management to ensure data quality excellence.
- Implement Automated Data Quality Measurements: Design and implement automated data quality measurements in the data warehouse ETL process to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Monitor and Improve Data Quality: Monitor data quality through automated checks and implement improvements to ensure data quality standards are met.
- Contribute to Data Warehouse Requirements: Contribute to data warehouse requirements and project management to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Support Data Model Development: Support the development of DWH data models and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with data management and analytics trends to ensure Lowell remains at the forefront of data quality excellence.
- Degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, or Related Field: Possess a degree in IT, business, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in Data Management: Have experience in data management, data governance, data quality, data warehousing, BI, or IT consulting.
- Understanding of Data Architectures: Possess a strong understanding of data architectures, flows, and modeling.
- Knowledge of Relational Databases: Have knowledge of relational databases and an interest in modern technologies like cloud-based data analytics.
- ETL Tools or BI Platforms: Experience with ETL tools or BI platforms is a plus.
- Analytical and Conceptual Thinking: Possess analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Independent Project Work: Have an independent and agile project work mindset.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in German and English.
