Ihre Aufgaben als Steuerreferent

In der Position als Tax Specialist bei Juwelier Rüschenbeck KG übernehmen Sie vielfältige Aufgaben im Bereich der Steuerberatung und Bilanzierung:

  • Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen: Sie sind verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Buchung in der Handels- und Steuerbilanz sowie für die sorgfältige Archivierung und Dokumentation.
  • Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen: Sie unterstützen das Unternehmen während der Prüfungen durch die Finanzbehörden.
  • Erstellung von Ergänzungsbilanzen: Sie entwickeln und erstellen Ergänzungsbilanzen, um den gesetzlichen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.
  • Beurteilung von Geschäftsvorfällen: Sie analysieren Geschäftsvorfälle hinsichtlich steuerlicher Besonderheiten und entwickeln entsprechende Ansätze.
  • Steuererklärungen: Sie erstellen Steuererklärungen für Personengesellschaften und deren Gesellschafter.
  • Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse: Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • Ermittlung von Steuerrückstellungen: Sie sind zuständig für die Ermittlung und Dokumentation von Steuerrückstellungen.
  • Stellungnahmen zu steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen: Sie geben fundierte Stellungnahmen zu steuerlichen Themen ab.
  • Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen: Sie erstellen und reichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie Jahreserklärungen ein.
  • Mahnwesen und Zahlungsverkehr: Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung des Mahnwesens und des Zahlungsverkehrs.
  • Kassenbuchhaltungen: Sie erfassen die Kassenbuchhaltungen gewissenhaft.
  • Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung: Sie unterstützen bei der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung.
Ihr Profil

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Personengesellschaften.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Eine präzise und engagierte Arbeitsweise.
