About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Cashier Function. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, driving sales and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Support the store management team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
