Director of Human Resources for Europe's Automotive Aftermarket

Job Summary:
As the Director of Human Resources for Europe's Automotive Aftermarket, you will lead a team of HR managers in AA plants across Europe. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and guiding HR managers and business partners in all employee lifecycle aspects
- Acting as an interface between managers and HR areas, as well as a consultant at eye level for management functions
- Participating in management meetings and representing HR topics
- Designing and executing the HR strategy derived from business and global HR strategy
- Partnering with business and operations leaders on people and culture topics
- Defining and executing people-related KPIs, ensuring achievement, and defining actions in case of deviations
Key Requirements:
- Several years of experience as an HR business partner or HR manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant
- Proven experience in partnering with decision-makers in business or manufacturing at least on a regional level
- Excellent business and HR understanding, with the ability to find solutions for people
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
