Position Overview:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the sale of pre-owned BMW vehicles, ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the sale of used BMW automobiles, providing expert guidance to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional advice tailored to individual needs.
- Develop new customer relationships through both direct and indirect sales efforts.
- Foster and maintain enduring relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle approximately 50% of administrative duties related to sales operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of commercial or technical training relevant to the automotive sector.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly within the automotive industry.
- Certification as an automotive salesperson is advantageous.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation, complemented by excellent communication skills.
- A genuine enjoyment of engaging with customers and a passion for the BMW brand.
