What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our product and help shape our company culture. You'll work on high-performance web applications, designing maintainable systems, APIs, and integrations. Experience with Ruby on Rails and React is a plus, but we're looking for someone with broad experience and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails and React
  • Design maintainable systems, APIs, and integrations
  • Work on data-driven decision making to repurpose returned items
  • Collaborate with the team to automate returns and reduce environmental damage
  • Contribute to shaping our company culture and values
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience developing high-performance web applications
  • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and experience designing maintainable systems, APIs, and integrations
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working remotely or willingness to do so
