Your Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams and coordinate activities to execute assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, focusing on deviation analysis and its impacts on the project.
  • Establish clear work breakdown structures to efficiently achieve project goals, including lot definitions to support tendering, RFI, and RFP processes.
  • Ensure all acceptance criteria for each contractual scope are met as per each contract's terms.
  • Identify and report project risks, particularly those affecting project scope, finances, schedule, HSSEQ, and external parties.
  • Focus on process improvement and the implementation of digital systems and modern technologies to efficiently manage the construction and project management lifecycle.
  • Promote a safe working culture and report to the Head of Construction and Project Management on scope, finances, schedule, and HSSEQ of assigned projects.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized local and international solar projects.
  • Basic understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical concepts and drawings.
  • Experience managing teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Able to work independently and as a team, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Advanced MS Project scheduling knowledge and techniques.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (other European languages of our markets are a plus).
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of Lean, Agile, and Waterfall management principles, including their strengths and weaknesses.
