Voltaira is a pioneering company in the automotive industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation and sustainability. We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Head of Global Tax, driving our tax strategy and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize our global tax position
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting of tax items and advise senior management on tax matters
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks, collaborating with our Global Tax Consultant to develop and implement transfer pricing strategies
  • Handle tax disputes and negotiations with tax authorities to resolve issues favorably

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Tax, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Auditing or Tax Consultancy
  • Strong understanding of International Trade and international tax treaties and agreements
  • Significant experience in both corporate and international tax environments
  • Practical experience with transfer pricing policies, documentation, and compliance
  • Business fluent in English and good knowledge of German
