We are looking for

**Global Head of Operational Excellence (M/F/d)**

in EMEA region - at the site Pfullingen, near Stuttgart (Germany), Hungary (Budaörs), Ukraine (Kamyanets-Podilskij) and Morocco (Tanger)

**Your tasks**:
The position provides vision, leadership and tactical coordination for QA Operational Excellence/ Continuous Improvement program.
- You will take the functional and coordination lead for our local Lean/Excellence managers at the plants
- Methodical responsibility for lean management and further development of excellence methods
- Developing benchmarks and ensuring best practice exchange between the plants
- Transparent reporting and guidelines for the continuous improvement of the plants
- Training of managers, lean experts, and employees at the plants
- Facilitating Kaizen-Events
- Leading the Digitalization strategy and projects in Operations including future MES System implementation

**Your profile**:

- Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or General Managment or similar experience level gained through work experience
- Min 5 years experience in Lean Management
- Good knowledge in Six Sigma
- Experience in digitalization projects and MES Systems
- Strong project management skills, communication_, _problem solving
- Management tools (e.g. conflict solving, successful mediating etc.)
- Travelling (30-50%)
- Business fluent in English
