Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles within our organization

  • Monitor talent acquisition metrics and provide regular updates
  • Assist colleagues with recruitment-related matters

Your Qualifications:
  • Possess over 5 years of recruitment expertise, including a minimum of 2 years in technology and business recruitment
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities in both English and German
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating a compelling employer brand
  • Proficient in active sourcing through various channels
  • Capable of fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, driven by KPIs and results
  • Interest in social media and networking platforms
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Skilled in Google Workspace or comparable tools
