About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated administration team at ADECCO. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating detailed cost estimates and orders while considering specific customer requirements
- Updating master data to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer advice, both in writing and by phone, as well as support in professionally handling complaints
- Efficiently processing common office tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, as well as email correspondence
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience with an ERP system and in administrative processes
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ideally, you are mobile
