Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Project Lead to support the Quality Management Unit in the introduction, implementation, and further development of the quality management system. The successful candidate will lead and execute projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Management Unit in the introduction, implementation, and further development of the quality management system
  • Lead and execute projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Project planning: create, update, and monitor project plans, resources, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Documentation: create and maintain project documentation and reports, present regular project status reports to management
  • Risk management: identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize or address these risks
  • Problem-solving: proactively identify and solve issues that could impact the project
  • Communication: ensure clear and effective communication among all project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Diploma/Master) in Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Natural Sciences
  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Current GMP knowledge
  • Desirable leadership experience
  • Experience handling and evaluating complex data and information
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Team player with a very independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data processing systems in quality management
