Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to quality management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Management team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management system
- Lead and manage projects related to quality management, including project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Ensure that all projects are completed to the required quality standards and that all relevant regulations and guidelines are followed
- Develop and implement quality management procedures and processes
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to quality management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality management is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that quality management is aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. pharmacy, biotechnology, natural sciences)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing projects related to quality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and German
