Job Title: Product Manager - Mobile Payment Solutions
Company Overview: S-Payment GmbH is a leading provider of innovative payment solutions for the financial services industry. As a specialized service provider, we develop and market holistic, target group-specific, and omni-channel payment solutions for private and corporate customers. Our focus includes contactless payment with cards and smartphones, such as the 'Mobiles Bezahlen' app for Android and Apple Pay with Sparkasse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the cross-channel development of a Mobile Payment App for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify, define, and prioritize product requirements and features, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the product backlog, roadmap, and ensure timely implementation, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external development partners to align on product specifications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor and optimize product performance, usage, and ensure smooth operations, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop product strategies, goals, and handle stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in product management, preferably in App development, Mobile Payment, or FinTech, with a strong understanding of payment systems and technologies.
- Proficient in agile development methods and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in agile, hybrid, or traditional project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
- Initiative, responsibility, analytical, and conceptual skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
