Senior Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Manager to join our team at E.ON Energy Markets GmbH. As a key member of our Energy Markets function, you will be responsible for monitoring, challenging, and reporting on performance and risk KPIs.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a state-of-the-art reporting infrastructure for the Energy Markets portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate data visualization.
- Enhance transparency of value drivers and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement the Performance Controlling Concept (PCC) across all E.ON regions, ensuring consistent group-wide transparency of Energy Markets performance.
- Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analysis, reports, and presentations for executive stakeholders and decision-making bodies.
- Interface with various stakeholders, including regional Risk & Finance functions, Energy Markets, Group Risk, Digital Technology, and the board.
- Numerate and analytical university degree.
- Proven experience in the energy sector, including energy procurement, sales, or trading.
- Track record in automation of data processes or data visualization using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong commercial understanding of performance drivers and ability to translate root causes into clear explanations.
- Effective communication, partnering, and customer storytelling skills.
- Willingness to work in a commercial and high-performance environment, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Proficiency in English, with German being an advantage.
