Werde auch du Teil dieser Mission und starte als Trainee in unser Entwicklungsprogramm. Wir unterstützen dich von Anfang an und du erlernst Schritt für Schritt innerhalb von 15 Monaten alles, was du benötigst, um zur Filialleitung aufzusteigen.

Der Einstieg ist jederzeit möglich als Junior Store Management Trainee (m/w/d) mit einem Stundenlohn von 17 € *.

Deine Rolle als Filialleitung:

Als begeisterte Markenbotschafterin (m/w/d) wirst du lernen, was für die Marke BLUME2000 von Bedeutung ist und wie du unsere Kunden und dein Team für unser Konzept begeistern kannst.

Als konsequente Entwicklerin (m/w/d) wirst du die Stärken und Potenziale deiner Teammitglieder erkennen, um dein Team weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam zu wachsen.

Als vorausschauende Steuerfrau (m/w/d) behältst du deine Filiale mit einem Fokus auf Kennzahlen und Abläufe stets im Blick und weißt, wie du die gesetzten Ziele erreichen kannst.

Als kommunikative Umsetzerin (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass alle Teammitglieder gut informiert sind, um eine klare Richtung für die täglichen Aufgaben zu haben.

Als lösungsorientierte Partnerin (m/w/d) bist du immer mit einem offenen Ohr und Herzen für dein Team da, denn ein gutes Teamklima ist dir besonders wichtig.
