What to Expect:
  • You will be passionate about formulating international procurement strategies and tackling challenging tasks in Global Supplier Management. Your role will involve analyzing relevant markets and overseeing the selection, assessment, and enhancement of supplier portfolios in technical settings.
  • Utilizing your expertise and attention to detail, you will collaborate on international projects by evaluating bids, conducting contract negotiations, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Your strong communication skills will enable you to participate in decision-making processes, conduct negotiations, and draft contracts. Additionally, you will initiate and independently implement cost improvement initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or economics.
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Experience in strategic procurement projects and/or category management, preferably within an international company or matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with Ariba is advantageous, along with proficient use of MS Office.
  • Strong assertiveness, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and global perspective.
  • Intercultural competencies.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and Italian is a plus.
