This position reports directly to the Lead Talent Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top talent for various positions across multiple regions, including the EU, Brazil, and Vietnam.
- Utilize your expertise to engage candidates that meet the expectations and requirements set by hiring managers for business-related roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance, influencing decisions, and managing expectations effectively.
- Conduct interviews and evaluations of both active and passive candidates, presenting opportunities that align with their career goals.
- Establish a robust talent network through proactive sourcing, networking, attending industry events, and engaging with the community.
- Champion diversity and inclusion within our talent acquisition processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives, which may include managing branding campaigns and organizing social events.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and broader organizational initiatives.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business to create industry-specific content while focusing on the dynamic start-up environment.
Work Environment: Hybrid model based in Berlin.
This role is based at our headquarters in Berlin, where our remote-first approach allows teams to collaborate globally while often convening in the office.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, whether in-house or within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead significant hiring projects and drive impactful change within the organization.
- A strong desire to contribute to an international and diverse start-up and play a pivotal role in shaping its identity.
- A passion for talent acquisition, with a focus on meeting the needs of hiring managers through effective recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships with candidates and internal partners.
- Ability to establish trust and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment with a global presence and a diverse team.
- Experience in data analysis and measurement to assess the effectiveness of hiring initiatives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date processes.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin if not already based there.
