With extensive expertise in finance and accounting, you will work alongside your team in the Accounting & Process Consulting sector to advise our national and international clients. As a trusted advisor, you will assist clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including the transition from HGB to IFRS or adapting to new accounting standards.

Your Responsibilities
If you aim to strategically advance our Accounting & Process sector with your expertise, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Actively participate in advising on initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, and bond issuances.
  • Be responsible for the preparation and review of prospectus-specific financial information (including Pro-Forma Financial Information, Carve-out / Combined Financial Statements).
  • Support the advisory process for implementing capital market-compliant reporting.
  • Engage in consulting for post-merger integration projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for solutions regarding accounting issues in the context of corporate transactions.
  • Assist in the transition of accounting practices (Conversion) from HGB to IFRS.
  • Additionally, support the introduction and implementation of new accounting principles.
Your Profile
  • To become a (Senior) Accounting Manager & Process Consultant - Capital Markets with us, you should possess a successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on international accounting, auditing, or finance.
  • You should have at least five years of professional experience in industry, auditing, or consulting firms.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
  • Your willingness to travel and international experience will complement your qualifications.
