Lead Engineer in Industrial Project Management

As part of Griesemann Gruppe, you will engage in diverse responsibilities within multidisciplinary projects. Our primary focus is on the process industry, particularly in the area of Power-to-X. Collaborate with a team of 600 engineers, participating in cross-functional teamwork. Join us and advance your career.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee EPCM and EPC projects in the construction of process facilities
- Lead interdisciplinary teams through concept, basic, value, and detailed engineering phases, emphasizing sustainability, hydrogen technologies, and innovation
- Serve as the primary contact for all contractual and organizational aspects of projects for our clients
- Ensure effective project control regarding costs, timelines, and quality, while managing claims
- Collaborate with management and clients to prepare comprehensive project reports
- Actively engage in the proposal phases of projects
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure project success
Your Profile:
- Degree in mechanical, process, or chemical engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction of process facilities
- Strong expertise in engineering projects related to chemical plant construction
- Essential skills include leadership, teamwork, effective communication, customer orientation, and a confident presence
- Proficiency in both German and English is advantageous
