Job Title: Global Trade Execution Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Execution Specialist to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing global trade transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute global trade transactions, including Letters of Credit, Documentary Credits, and other trade finance instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including UCP 600, ISBP 745, and SWIFT messaging system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading, banking, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless execution of trade transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including banks, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in global trade execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as operations, logistics, international trade, or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global trade execution, trade finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit, Documentary Credits, and other trade finance instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex trade execution issues.
