Your Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our Business Development team with a focus on Sales, you will have the chance to significantly influence our growth trajectory and overall success. You will engage in interdisciplinary projects, exploring various facets of Business Development, and contributing to our sales efforts. We seek a motivated team member who is eager to:

  • Formulate and implement a detailed sales strategy to enhance revenue and expand market presence.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Guide the direction for new product innovations and enhancements in collaboration with the product development team.
  • Inspire and lead the sales team, offering coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee budget planning and management within the sales division.
Your Profile
  • Possess a degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the food sector or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrate a successful history in crafting and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Exhibit leadership experience with the capability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Showcase a strong entrepreneurial mindset coupled with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Be fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
