As a pivotal member of our Business Development team with a focus on Sales, you will have the chance to significantly influence our growth trajectory and overall success. You will engage in cross-functional projects, exploring various facets of Business Development while contributing to our sales objectives. We seek a dedicated team member who is eager to:
- Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy aimed at maximizing revenue and expanding market presence.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and business collaborators.
- Guide the direction for new product innovations and enhancements in partnership with the product development team.
- Inspire and lead the sales team, offering coaching and growth opportunities.
- Oversee budget planning and management within the sales division.
- Possess a degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the food sector or a related industry.
- Demonstrate a successful history of crafting and executing effective sales strategies.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Showcase a strong entrepreneurial spirit along with excellent analytical skills.
- Be fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
