As a Program Manager at Giesecke+Devrient, you will play a key role in driving the development of our banknote processing systems to the next level. Your expertise in project management, digitalization, and automation will be instrumental in shaping our future solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead dedicated programs from requirements clarification to implementation, customer pilot testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with innovative teams, product architects, and program managers to find solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Gather feedback from customers and employees to continuously improve our innovative solutions.
  • Interface with key customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Apply productive methods from lean, agile, or classical project management to introduce high-quality products to the market.
  • Stay flexible and adapt to new project management approaches to efficiently achieve goals.
Your Profile:
  • Hold a degree in Technical or Business Administration.
  • Have experience in developing mechatronic systems or software for mechatronic systems.
  • Bring several years of experience as a Program Manager, System Engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent, with a background in international development environments.
  • Possess project management certifications, such as Prince 2, PMI, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of agile approaches like LeSS, SAFe, and Kanban is desirable.
  • Exhibit motivation, creativity, and teamwork skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Have excellent moderation skills and the ability to assert yourself in an international context.
  • Be proficient in German and English languages.
