About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student eMobility to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our eMobility Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing our product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the eMobility Services product portfolio, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy and development.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain revenue, sales, and profit analyses for all products.
  • Conceptualize and implement internal and external communication strategies for the product portfolio.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Currently studying with a focus on economics, logistics, transport, energy management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Excellent German and English skills, with good communication abilities.
  • High initiative, independent work, careful and reliable working methods, as well as analytical thinking.
  • Experience with MS Office 365.
