Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten IT-Support-Spezialisten (m/w/d), der sich in unserem dynamischen Team einbringen möchte. Der ideal Kandidat hat eine Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich abgeschlossen und bringt erste Praxiserfahrungen mit. Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du leistest First und Second Level Support für Client Hard- und Software
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen im Ticketsystem
  • Du unterstützt beim Monitoring der IT-Landschaft
  • Du stellst Client Systeme bereit und betreust den Client Hardware-Lebenszyklus
  • Du administrierst den Exchange Server, Terminal Server und die Telefonanlage
  • Du führst Hardware On- und Offboardings durch
  • Du pflegst das Asset Management System und die interne Knowledge Base
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bist Teamplayer:in und bringst sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit
  • Du gehst deine Aufgaben proaktiv, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich an
  • Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B, um bei Bedarf zwischen den Standorten in Karlsruhe mobil zu sein
