About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assembly and Preparation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly and preparation of our bicycles for delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare bicycles for delivery, including tasks such as mounting wheels, installing components, and performing quality control checks.
  • Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bicycles to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in bicycle assembly and preparation.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of bicycle assembly and preparation, including experience with various types of bicycles and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
