About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assembly and Preparation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly and preparation of our bicycles for delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare bicycles for delivery, including tasks such as mounting wheels, installing components, and performing quality control checks.
  • Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bicycles to customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in bicycle assembly and preparation.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of bicycle assembly and preparation, including experience with various types of bicycles and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, business administration) preferred.
